A brand-new white blend, we combined Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc to create a Bordeaux White Wine blend. Chamomile flowers and citrus leap out of the glass and combine with chalky mineral notes to entice your senses. On the palate, dairy notes appear, hinting at the extended malolactic fermentation, and combine with a smooth mouthfeel creating a wine with significant body and depth. Stark acidity rounds out the flavor profile and helps to accentuate the flavors within our version of a Bordeaux classic.

The 2019 harvest started a few weeks later than previous years mostly due to February rains. Spring continued to be wet with some rain during flowering, followed by cool temperatures that allowed the grapes to mature gradually. The grapes ripened nicely with full flavors, vibrant acidity and superb balance. Wildfires in October did not impact this year’s harvest as the vast majority of the grapes were already brought in. The resulting 2019 wines are of very high quality with concentrated flavors and excellent acidity.
